Services We Are Not Able To Provide

• Forensic and legal evaluations including court ordered evaluations, competency/capacity examinations, disability evaluations, custody or parenting evaluations, and violence risk/threat assessments.
• Neuropsychological testing.
• IQ or academic testing.

Fees and Billing

We have partnered with Mindful Therapy Group for billing and payment processing.  We accept both insurance and cash payments. For cash appointments, payment is due at the time of the appointment. 

At Bluebonnet Behavioral Health, we believe in honesty and transparency. Here's a breakdown of our fee structure:

Cash Pay Prices

• Initial Consultation (one hour): $300
• Follow-Up Visit (twenty-five minutes): $165

We know life happens, so we allow appointment cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment start time will incur a late cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation Fees: 

• 60-minute session: $250
• 25-minute session: $150
